* = Broadband speed is up to 24Mbps however this may vary and line tests will be carried out for but not limited to, local availability and distance from the exchange.
**= Subject to fair usage policy
†= Although there is no contracted period, there is a cancelation fees (£55 within the first 12 months, £35 anytime thereafter + Cease fee's)
^= We operate a 24/7 call centre for technical support only, Our online customer services are 24hour however may take upto 72 hours to answer questions. Normally this takes 1-2 hours.
